Genaro Rodríguez Trejo, with more than 25 years of experience and a great career in Mexican cuisine, has managed to find in Spain what is necessary regarding products and raw materials to be able to prepare his cuisine, which, just as a teenager, he learned alongside his father to to gradually form in the Mexican culinary field. Thanks to his concern to find those flavors that are reminiscent of Mexico, he has managed to maintain his first restaurant, which opened in 2005, Restaurante Mi México (Murcia).
